Day 1. SEOUL ARRIVAL

Our first stop is the Seoul Namsan Cable Car, which takes you up to Namsan Mountain for stunning views of the city. Take in the panoramic view of Seoul and capture memorable photos before moving on to our next destination.

We’ll then head to the iconic Seoul Tower, located on Namsan Mountain. Ride the elevator to the top for even more breathtaking views of the city, and visit observation decks, restaurants, and souvenir shops.

Finally, we’ll visit the renowned Gwangjang Food Market, a food lover’s paradise. This market is more than just a destination; it’s a sacred place to discover the unique flavors and culinary traditions of Korea. Day 2. SEOUL

Discovering the Best of the City’s Culture, History, and People

Get ready to dive into the vibrant and dynamic city of Seoul, where you’ll discover its bustling skylines, rich history, and vibrant pop culture. Seoul has something for everyone, from its magnificent monuments to its spicy street food and friendly locals.

Beginning our day with a visit to the UNESCO World Heritage site of Changdeokgung palace is a fantastic way to experience the beauty and cultural significance of Korea. This magnificent palace has been recognized by UNESCO for its unique blend of traditional Korean architecture and natural elements, including its beautiful gardens. 

We’ll then head to the Jogyesa temple, a beautiful Buddhist temple in the heart of Seoul. This temple is well-known for its stunning architecture and peaceful atmosphere, offering a great place to experience traditional Korean Buddhist culture and learn more about the religion.

Afterward, we’ll visit the Insadong art/craft street, a bustling neighborhood famous for traditional Korean arts and crafts. You’ll find unique shops and galleries featuring everything from traditional ceramics and pottery to contemporary art and fashion.

Our next stop is Bukchon hanok village, a preserved traditional Korean village that showcases what life was like in Seoul during the Joseon dynasty. With hundreds of traditional Korean houses, called hanoks, that have been restored and maintained, it’s an excellent place to experience traditional Korean architecture and culture.

Finally, we’ll end our tour at Namdaemun market, one of Seoul’s largest and oldest markets. Here, you’ll experience the city’s hustle and bustle and get a taste of local life. You’ll find many shops and stalls selling everything from traditional Korean food and snacks to clothes, accessories, and souvenirs. It’s an excellent place to find unique gifts and souvenirs to take home with you.

Day 3. SEOUL → PO-HANG

From Seoul to Pohang: Coastal Scenery, Space Walk, and Local Market 

We’ll start the day by taking a fast KTX train from Seoul to Pohang, a city located by the sea. The train ride will be around 2.5 hours long, and during the trip, you’ll be able to sit back and relax while enjoying the scenic views outside the train window.

Once we arrive in Pohang, we’ll visit some of the city’s main attractions. The first one is the Space Walk, a long pedestrian bridge that stretches out over the sea, and it’s designed to look like a white dragon. We’ll take a walk there and enjoy the beautiful coastal views.

Next, we’ll head over to the Jukdo Market, a traditional Korean market that sells fresh seafood, fruits, and vegetables. You’ll have the opportunity to try some local delicacies and experience the bustling atmosphere of the market.

After that, we’ll head to Gyeongju, a city known for its rich history and culture. We’ll visit the Wolji Pond, a beautiful artificial pond built during the Silla Dynasty. This is the best place to watch the sunset and relax while taking in the peaceful surroundings.

Day 4. GYEONG-JU → BUSAN

Discovering the Shilla Kingdom: A Journey to Gyeongju’s Treasures

We’ll start the day by heading to Bulguksa temple, which is a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of Korea’s most famous temples. The temple complex features beautiful architecture, intricate carvings, and stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

Next, we’ll visit Seokguram grotto, a UNESCO World Heritage site that houses a large stone Buddha statue. The grotto is located on a hill, and the views from the top are breathtaking.

After that, we’ll visit Cheonmachong tomb, one of Gyeongju’s many ancient burial mounds. This tomb is unique because it was discovered with many well-preserved artifacts that give us insight into the lives of the ancient Silla people.

We will also stop by Cheomseongdae. This ancient observatory is a unique and fascinating example of Korea’s scientific and cultural heritage. Built in the 7th century, Cheomseongdae is the oldest surviving observatory in East Asia and was used to observe the stars and predict astronomical events. 

Once we’ve finished our Gyeongju tour, we’ll head over to Busan, where we’ll spend the night. Busan is a bustling city known for its beautiful beaches, vibrant culture, and delicious food.

Day 5. BUSAN

Busan Bliss: Exploring the Vibrant Culture and Stunning Landscapes of South Korea’s Coastal Gem

We will start the day by visiting Cheongsapo, a scenic fishing village on the southeastern coast of Busan. From there, we can take a capsule ride which offers a breathtaking view of the sea and the surrounding landscape.

Next, we’ll head over to a Makgeoli brewery where we can participate in a fun and interactive activity to learn about traditional Korean rice wine making. We’ll learn about the history, ingredients, and fermentation process of Makgeoli, and even get a chance to taste some delicious samples.

After that, we’ll head to Busan Tower, which is a symbol of Busan city. We’ll take the elevator up to the observation deck where we can enjoy a stunning panoramic view of the city and take some great photos.

Next, we’ll visit Jagalchi Fish Market, which is the largest fish market in Korea. We’ll explore the market and learn about the different kinds of seafood caught in Busan, and even try some fresh seafood on the spot!

Our last stop for the day will be the Gamcheon Cultural Village, also known as the “Machu Picchu of Busan.” This village is famous for its colorful houses and narrow alleys, as well as its art galleries and cafes.

Day 6. BUSAN → JEJU

We’ll start the day by taking a flight from Busan to Jeju Island. The flight is only about an hour long, so we’ll arrive in Jeju Island in no time!

Once we arrive, we’ll head over to the east part of the island to explore some of its top attractions. Our first stop will be Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak, a volcanic peak that offers a stunning view of the surrounding landscape. We’ll hike up to the top of the peak and take in the breathtaking views of the ocean and the surrounding countryside.

After that, we’ll visit Seopjikoji, a beautiful coastal road that offers stunning views of the ocean and the rugged coastline. We’ll take a walk along the road and explore the beautiful scenery.

Next, we’ll visit Jeju Maze Land, which is a unique and fun attraction that offers an interesting twist on the traditional garden experience. The park is full of mazes, puzzles, and games that are sure to challenge and entertain you.

Day 7. JEJU

Today, we’ll be exploring the stunning southern part of Jeju Island, which is known for its dramatic landscapes and beautiful natural attractions.

Our first stop will be at the Cheonjiyeon Waterfall, a beautiful waterfall that is surrounded by lush forests and scenic walking trails. We’ll have the opportunity to take a peaceful stroll along the walking paths and take in the breathtaking views of the waterfall and the surrounding natural beauty.

Next up, we’ll visit the Jusangjeolli Cliffs, a natural wonder that boasts hexagonal basalt columns that were formed by volcanic eruptions. It’s a popular spot to take in the awe-inspiring views of the ocean and marvel at the unique geological formations.

After that, we’ll make our way to the Seogwipo Olle Market, a bustling traditional market that offers a wide range of local foods, crafts, and souvenirs. It’s a great place to try out some delicious Korean snacks and pick up some unique gifts to take back home.

Finally, we’ll visit the beautiful Yongmeori Beach, a tranquil spot that offers stunning views of the ocean and nearby cliffs. It’s the perfect place to relax, soak up the sun, and take a dip in the crystal-clear waters.

Day 8. JEJU → SEOUL

After that, we’ll head to the picturesque Hyupjae Beach, known for its crystal-clear waters and white sand. You’ll have the chance to relax on the beach and soak up the sun.

We’ll then visit O’sulloc Tea Museum, where you’ll have the chance to try some of the best green tea in Korea. The museum has a beautiful tea garden, and you’ll learn about the history and culture of tea in Korea.

Once we’ve finished our trip, we’ll fly back to Seoul and land at Gimpo airport. From there, you’ll be picked up by our driver and be sent to your hotel to check-in.

Day 9. DMZ

Beyond Borders: Exploring the Complexities and Contrasts of Korea’s DMZ Region

Today, we embark on a journey to the DMZ – the Demilitarized Zone – a unique and fascinating strip of land that stretches across the Korean Peninsula, separating North and South Korea. The DMZ was established as a result of the ideological divisions that led to the Korean War in 1950 and has since become one of the most heavily guarded borders in the world.

Day 10. DEPARTURE FROM KOREA

After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, you will proceed with the check-out process and then be transferred to the airport for your onward journey. Please note that this transfer will not be accompanied by a guide.
